In order to protect your legal rights, please read the following terms in detail.
1. For the use, care, and/or operation of the product, please carefully consult the user instructions delivered with the product (if any) or download the instructions here.

2. About the warranty service

In the event of a performance failure of the watch under the specified state of use, the product quality problems confirmed by LANKZET to be non-human caused will be covered by the warranty service with a valid warranty certificate.

The watch stops due to non-human factors in use.
The watch is faulty in water due to defective parts during normal use.
Discoloration, paint loss, and displacement on the watch case are not caused by human factors.
Dislodgement or malfunction of screws, rings, back cover, glass, and keys on the case is not caused by human factors.
Bad display, wrong display, or broken screen caused by non-human factors. When the watch needs a warranty, please package your watch properly and send it to our after-sales service center together with the warranty card. If there is any damage caused by personal reasons or bad use, it needs to be treated as out-of-warranty, and the customer needs to bear the cost of damaged parts and shipping costs, and the labor service fee can be waived during the warranty period.

3. The free warranty service will be invalid when your watch has one of the following conditions.

The free warranty period of the product is exceeded.
Failure caused by the user's private disassembly, self-repair, modification, or repair not carried out by LANKZET authorized service organization.
Without a valid warranty certificate and purchase invoice (except those that can prove that the watch is within the free warranty period).
Where the model of the watch in the manual does not match the model of the watch sent for repair; - Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disaster, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.).
Damage caused by human factors; including damage caused by use in an abnormal working environment (such as a strong magnetic field, or strong electric field), damage caused by not using the product according to the instructions for use, failure caused by impact, dropping, bending, placing in a humid place or entering liquid due to poor storage.

4. The warranty does not cover the following cases.

Appearance parts (case, metal strap, glass, buckle, bar head, back cover, front ring) normal wear and aging (such as surface scratches, color fading)
Non-metal straps (such as leather straps, fiber woven watches, and plastic straps) color and material decay
Normal wear and tear of the plating layer.

Repair and Service Step:

  • A note describing the nature of the problem (clear picture or video):

2. After receiving and checking your repair mail, we will send you an email, upon receipt of our repair instructions, please pack the item(s) to be returned with good packaging. As we are not liable for damage, theft, or loss of your defective Products during shipping, we recommend that you insure your Products against damage, theft, or loss.

3. Once your defective item is received and inspected, we will fix it within 4-6 weeks. Please note there may be issues beyond our control, such as holidays, parts backorders, or unique repairs that affect any repair or times.
For repairs not covered by the Limited Warranty, an estimate as to costs and times will be provided, whereby approval and payment for repair must be obtained prior to processing any repair.
