1.The watch does not turn on normally when in use?
- Please use the special charging cable included in the package to charge, align the charging port and fit the metal contacts of the charging base until the charging power indicator appears on the watch screen.
- Press and hold the A button for more than 10 seconds to restart the watch. If the watch still cannot be turned on normally, you need to contact customer service for repair.
2. Does the watch display abnormally or the keys fail?
- Press and hold the A button for 10 seconds, the watch starts to restart, wait for about 1 minute, connect to the mobile APP, and re-calibrate the travel time.
3. Can't find the watch's Bluetooth in the mobile APP?
- Press and hold the A button for 8 seconds, the watch starts to restart. Wait 1 minute and search for Bluetooth again.
- Restart the mobile APP, and then search for Bluetooth.
- IOS system mobile phone users can set/Bluetooth/Smart Tourbillon/Ignore this device, then open the APP and search for Bluetooth.
- Restart the mobile phone Bluetooth, and then search.

It may be to turn off the bluetooth through the APP or set it to super power saving mode, you can long press the C key (2s) to turn on the bluetooth.
4. Watch tourbillon not turning?
- The fact that the tourbillon is stationary may be due to insufficient power. You can rotate the crown on the watch clockwise, wind the watch, and observe whether the tourbillon rotates. If it still does not rotate, please contact the after-sales service.
(Note: When the crown is turned clockwise until it cannot be turned, it means that the mainspring is full, and the crown needs to be stopped immediately. If it is forced to rotate, it will cause damage to the internal mechanism of the watch)
5. Why can't I wear a watch in a hot bath?
- The temperature of the bath water is relatively high, and a lot of water vapor will be produced. Moreover, the water vapor is in the gas phase, and its molecular radius is small, so it is easy to penetrate into the gap of the watch case. When the temperature drops, it will condense into a liquid phase again. Water droplets can easily cause a short circuit in the internal circuit of the watch, damage the circuit board of the watch, and then damage the watch.
6. Why can't my watch receive push notifications?
- Confirm that the message push switch is turned on in the mobile client;

Confirm that the message can be displayed normally in the notification bar of the mobile phone, and the watch message push is pushed by reading the message in the notification bar of the mobile phone; if there is no message in the notification bar of the mobile phone, the watch will not be able to receive the push;

Confirm whether the mobile phone background operation protection setting is turned on.
7. Can it be adjusted to Apple system and Android system?
- Huawei: Open [Mobile Manager], select [Application Startup Management] to enter, find [Tourbillon+], set the switch to [Off], and in the pop-up manual management pop-up box, set the automatic startup, associated startup, background activities Open all and click [OK].
- Xiaomi: Open [System Settings], click [App Settings] > [App Management], find [Tourbillon+], select Auto Start, and turn it on; select [Power Saving Policy] > find [Tourbillon+], select None limit
- OPPO: Open [Mobile Manager]->[Permissions and Privacy]-->[App Permission Management], find [Tourbillon+] in the program list, and turn on the switch; System Settings->Battery->Power Consumption Protection, in the list Find [Tourbillon+] and turn off the background freeze, automatic optimization, and deep sleep switches.
- ViVO: Open [i Butler], click Software Management -> Self-Start Management, find Tourbillon +, and turn on the switch; return to the main interface of i Butler, click Power Saving Management -> Background High Power Consumption -> Turn on Tourbillon + Switch.
- Other mobile phones: Find the self-starting management in the security center or mobile phone settings, find the tourbillon+, and turn on the switch; lock the tourbillon+ on the recently opened program page.
